Licensee/Shareholder – Alistair Mitchell 

Alistair has had eleven years in the Resort Management industry as Manager of a family owned business incorporating two large towers in a prominent and busy oceanfront high rise.  With both holiday and permanent letting experience he has also gleaned an extensive local investment market and unit market knowledge that is invaluable to the industry.  In only a short period of time he has proven this ability having made a number of sales in all ranges of the investment market.

Sales Manager/Shareholder – Brendon Martin

Brendon entered the Real Estate industry on leaving Year 12 and commenced in Property Management and even at the young age of 17 was highly respected by both Landlords and Tenants for his expertise and hands on approach to all aspects of such an exacting position.  After two years he expressed the desire to join the sales team and in thirteen years has proven to be a very motivated, honest and integral member who once again is highly respected by Sellers and Buyers alike due to his professional integrity. His exceptional management skills in the motivation of the current sales team are a huge advantage to the Company.


Commercial Sales – Gary Martin

Gary has extensive sales and management experience in the local Real Estate industry for over 25 years.  His knowledge of the Gold Coast market covering residential, commercial and development covers a large data base of clients built up over the years.  In his first year in real estate, he was the first salesman in the company of over forty people to write one million dollars of unconditional sales in one month and twenty years ago, this was a huge achievement considering the prices of property back then.

Property Management – Rosie Eagle, Property Manager

Rosie has ten years experience in Property Management and has excellent communication skills that provide both Landlords and Tenants with the service required to maximise the former’s investment returns and avail the latter of a pleasant and safe home during the term of the tenancy.

Administration/Accounts - Marilyn Martin

Marilyn has over twenty years experience in the Real Estate Industry covering Sales, Property Management and Administration during which time she has been responsible for setting up new franchise offices, administering the Head Office of a large Company, supporting all facets of the day to day organisation of a Real Estate office and responsible for the computerised bookkeeping of both Trust and General Accounting practices.  Marilyn’s general knowledge of the industry along with her customer service skills,  is invaluable to the Company.

Overall we have a very competent and reliable Sales, Property Management and Support team to provide the professional and ethical service we demand for our clients.

Training for our staff is an ongoing matter, as our sole aim is to put “THE CLIENT FIRST”
